PROJECT MANAGEMENT: We can provide a full project management service to implement the chosen development option, including planning and building regulation approvals, procuring a contractor and managing the whole process from inception to completion.
PORTFOLIO SURVEYS: Where an investor is seeking to acquire a portfolio of properties, we can undertake full acquisition surveys and deliver these within challenging timescales.
DEVELOPMENT MONITORING: Primarily a service for lenders and funders, this service firstly provides pre-start due diligence for the benefit of the funder to ensure that the proposed scheme is technically viable and the proposed programme is realistic. The second stage of this service provides for regular review of the project once works commence, through to completion and hand-over. This holistic process is to ensure that risk is correctly identified and managed by all parties to the development.
