  • REFURBISHMENT FEASIBILITY:  We can undertake refurbishment feasibilities (including costings) to ascertain whether a property has the potential to be improved in any way, either through extending or rationalising the internal layout.Kitchen
  • TECHNICAL REPORTS:  In the event of any problems or defects with a property affecting its occupation and use, we can survey and report on the problems and advise of suitable remedial works.
  • PROJECT MANAGEMENT:  We can provide a full project management service to implement the chosen refurbishment or remedial option, including planning and building regulation approvals, procuring a contractor and managing the whole process from inception to completion.
  • REINSTATEMENT VALUATIONS:  We can undertake building reinstatement valuations for insurance and finance purposes using the BCIS Cost Information network to ensure that the insured risks are accurately represented.
  • STATUTORY ISSUES:  A review of the statutory obligations relating to the current property use can be undertaken to ensure compliance.
